Vell can’t hear me
Enable Vell under Privacy & Security → Microphone and confirm the correct input in macOS Sound settings.
Set up local mode
Install whisper.cpp, download a compatible GGML model, then select both the whisper-cli executable and model in Settings.
Billing or cancellation
Open Account, sign in with the subscription email, and choose Manage billing. Stripe’s portal handles cards, invoices, and cancellation.
